Caltech Capital is a multiple investment funds manager of Allocation Fund Accounts, Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), and Hedge Fund Client Accounts. With SMAs, performance can vary widely from investor to investor as each portfolio is individually constructed and managed. Portfolio allocations are determined based on a wide array of researches, opportunities and market conditions the day the funds are invested. In an SMA, each investor may own Individual Exchange Traded Funds, (ETFs), individual equities or mutual funds. Brokerage services are provided to Caltech Capital Clients by Interactive Brokers, an SEC registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC.

For Caltech Flagship, “Inception Date” is defined as 11/18/2020. 2020 YTD results are measured from 1/1/2020 through 12/31/2020. Caltech Capital’s 2020 YTD results are measured from Inception Date through 12/31/2020. Annualized Returns represent the internal rate of return from Inception Date through Updated Date.

Account holdings are illustrative purposes only and are not investment recommendations. Performance results are shown for a hypothetical client with at least $100,000 in net transfers to Caltech Capital. Results shown include net of fees and dividends and other adjustments. All performance data is strictly illustrative, may represent best estimates based on available data, and may differ from actual results. Annualized represents the internal rate of return (IRR) calculated net of fees and including dividends and other adjustments. Annualized YTD is calculated by Interactive Brokers’s PortfolioAnalyst feature based on an all client’s accounts Net Asset Value (NAV) at Inception Date and its ending value on last day of last month.

Performance results were prepared by Caltech Capital, and have been compiled, reviewed or audited by an Interactive Broker’s accountant. Performance estimates are subject to future adjustments and updates. Investors should be aware that a loss of investment is possible. Account holdings are illustrative purposes only and are not investment recommendations. Caltech Capital’s investment program does not mirror that of the Illustrative Benchmarks and the volatility may be materially different from the volatility of Illustrative Benchmarks. The S&P 500 is an unmanaged market capitalization-weighted index of 500 common stocks chosen for market size, liquidity, and industry group representation to represent U.S. equity performance. The S&P 500 results have the reinvestments of dividends and do not reflect transaction costs.
